Nieuw seizoen: In Amsterdam start de Meditatiegroep weer met een nieuw seizoen vanaf september 2024. Doe mee met de unieke en krachtige meditaties uit het Bön-boeddhisme en de Dzogchen traditie van Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.

In de Ligmincha Meditatiegroep in Amsterdam oefenen we met kalmte en stabiliteit, openen we ons hartcentrum en zijn we verbinding met de levende stroom van zijn.

Iedereen die wil mediteren in deze traditie is welkom, zowel beginners als mensen die al lang oefenen.

Geestelijk leven is een leven dat zich laat leiden door de Geest van God, de Geest die ook het leven van Jezus bezielde. Hoe kunnen wij geestelijk leven, de Geest voelen en horen en ons erdoor laten leiden? Dat is allesbehalve eenvoudig in een wereld waarin zoveel gebeurt dat onze aandacht vraagt. Is het mogelijk om wat ruimte te scheppen voor God zodat we zijn Geest kunnen horen, voelen, ervaren en erop kunnen reageren? Is er ruimte in ons leven voorhanden waar de Geest van God ons kan bereiken?

Bön Buddhism takes the view that our nature is primordially pure. So within every living being is this pure source of creativity, which gives rise to the positive qualities and infinite possibilities that are the causes of creativity. 

Qualities like love, compassion, joy, and equanimity are the spontaneous expression of the source and the essence of creative flow.

Creativity is our birthright, and our nature is expressive. But how do we connect with this creative energy so that we can offer our unique gifts to the world? One of the most effective methods I have found for discovering creativity is through activating the creative potential of five energy centers in the body—what are known as chakras. Briefly, the chakras are portals to a path that begins with the unbounded sacred space that is our creative force and continues to unfold from creative potential to creative manifestation.

The succession of experiences that one goes through in the process of involution is called the Spiritual Path, and the going through them is likened to a journey. On one stage you hear melodious sounds and music that enchant and overwhelm you. On another stage you see wonderful visions in which most often you get lost. 

Such experiences are part and parcel of the Great Dream in Illusion, though together they may be called a real or super Dream compared with day to day experiences of the gross sphere.
